A Natural History book very much of its time and place. In German. A world map, index, glossary. A heavy tome which is very clean and with excellent cover lettering. The weight has caused weakening of the rear inside cover and a small separation of the exterior front upper hinge cloth (perhaps an inch). Else fine.
